I pride myself on ensuring that your family film or photo experience is enjoyable and meaningful. Following our consultation call, I make a storyboard for our session so that the work captures your family in the most authentic way.

I'll gently advise on how to get the most out of the light and ensure that the focus of the experience is on those little interactions those important parts of family life you want to remember.
If you have booked a film, we will have an audio consultation at this time, too and I will talk you through the process of recording audio to compliment the visual aspects of your film.
On the day, my aim is to be non-intrusive and make the experience as natural as possible. I love working with families and I really do my very best to make a connection with you and your loved ones so that they feel comfortable around me. I am led by you and I am happy to stop for snack breaks, bottom changes or just to have a little moment of rest. I advise to carve out between 1-3 hours for our session and I dedicate the day to you so that we can have an enjoyable, natural and authentic experience resulting in an emotional, genuine and beautiful family film for you to cherish, always.

My four packages are lovingly named after what I believe to be some of the most incredible gifts we bestow on our children; The Love Letter, The Heirloom (photo only), The Time Capsule and the Legacy. I pride myself on each of my pieces being part of a larger, immersive and reflective experience of documenting the present to create a truly beautiful gift for the future.
The Love Letter
The Love Letter package is a beautiful and heartfelt package for families of all ages. This package is lovingly designed to be an enlightening and love filled experience for all involved. It encourages raw and intimate reflection on how being part of a family, whatever that means to you, brings light and meaning to our lives.
Together, we curate and record audio of your choosing- from a penned love letter, to the words of your favourite poet, to just the sound of gentle laughter and conversation during our time together.
I then design and capture authentic interactions and manifestations of family life during our filming time together. In my edit, I harmonise audio and footage to create a timeless piece.

The Heirloom
This is my photo only package. I call this package The Heirloom because that's what I feel photos can truly be - a small peak into the past. This package comes with 3 5x7 fine art quality images of your choice printed for you to savour, enjoy and pass on to your children as an heirloom for them and a reminder of this moment in time.

My approach is entirely family led and I'm more than happy to head on an adventure with you. I have a bunch of beautiful locations I can recommend in the East Midlands and in the Peaks however, what is important to me is that you and your family are somewhere you feel comfortable and at ease.
Sessions take between 1-2 hours depending on the location and needs of you and your loved ones.

The Time Capsule
The Time Capsule is a film and photography combination package designed to curate a more immersive and fuller picture narrative of family life to gift to your children and your future self. Centred around the concept of memory and preservation, the Time Capsule package encourages you to reflect on the present moment and capture it.
I do ask that you allow 3 hours for this experience. I want to ensure that we have plenty of time together for me to fully capture images and film.
This package is designed to give me a flavour of a 'day in the life' of your family so we can have a chat about what that means to you and how I can best capture that during our time together.

This is a fully immersive, documentary style film that captures the essence and life story of a loved one or a love story. I am in the process of working on a few of these and am ironing out the best approach as I want the experience to be perfect.
